The honor of PhDs were given to following Masters of Sciences: Sanela Klaric, Elsa Turkusic, Alen Kalajdzija, Dario Maric, Edina Rizvic-Eminovic, Amra Fatic, Nedzad Prazina, Mevludin Hajdar, Fatka Kulenovic, Aida Filipovic-Hadziomeragic, Mirsad Babic, Mirsada Terzic-Avdagic, Faruk Tandir and Sabina Seric-Haracic.

Rector of UNSA Muharem Avdispahic expressed his gratitude for their dedicated work and the affirmation of the University of Sarajevo, emphasizing that each one of them, on their own way, should contribute to the development of social, academic and scientific communities.

“PhDs are entering today in the club of researchers with the highest scientific knowledge as a confirmation of their commitment to self-seeking. We can see that the citations of our researchers recorded rising trend,” said Rector.

Besides academics, friends and family members of new PhDs attended the promotion as well.
