FPA arrested the responsible Person of WGD doo Vitez

Tomislav Zubak, the responsible person of WGD doo Vitez, is currently being detained, confirmed the spokesperson of the Federal Prosecutor’s Office Nina Hadžihajdarević.

Under the supervision of the acting federal prosecutor of the Special Department of the Federal Prosecutor’s Office of the FBiH, members of the Federal Police Administration have been conducting an operation codenamed “Gunpowder” since the early hours of the morning.

The operation is being carried out with the aim of documenting the criminal offenses of abuse of position or authority, illegal possession of weapons or explosives.

“The investigation includes several persons in connection with the sale of assets of PS Vitezit doo Vitez in bankruptcy, intended for the production of weapons and military equipment, and for criminal offenses suspected of having been committed after the buyer WDG doo Zagreb took possession of this company,” said Hadžihajdarević.

She pointed out that searches are currently underway at PS Vitez doo in bankruptcy, the legal entity WDG doo Vitez, and at several locations in the Central Bosnia Canton.
