The average retail price of oil derivatives in the Federation of BiH today for premium unleaded gasoline 95 is 2.57 marks per liter, and for diesel 2.49 marks per liter.

According to the price and margin change notices submitted by gas stations to the Federal Ministry of Trade in the period from July 14 to 17, a total of 73 price and margin change notices were received, and they refer to 52 diesel price changes and 21 premium price changes.

On all the mentioned OPC forms, the prices are higher by 0.05 marks per liter of fuel.

From the Federal Ministry of Trade, they note that the Government of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, on their proposal, passed the Decision on prescribing direct price control measures by determining the maximum amount of margins for oil derivatives.

In the said Decision, the maximum amount of margins in the absolute amount of 0.06 marks per liter of derivatives is prescribed for companies that carry out wholesale trade in oil derivatives, and the maximum amount of margins in the absolute amount of 0 is prescribed for companies that carry out the activity of retail trade in oil derivatives, 25 marks per liter of derivatives.

The decision in question is in force and will be applied from April 3, 2021.

They also reminded that all information about the prices of oil derivatives is available through the mobile application of the Federal Ministry of Trade “FMT FBIH oil info”, in which the prices are ordered from the lowest to the highest.

“Using the aforementioned application, consumers have easy access to a review of valid prices, as well as a review of the lowest prices at gas stations. The aforementioned enables citizens to, in order to protect their economic interests, make purchases at lower prices and give their consumer trust to fuel distributors who are in their business policy integrated socially responsible behavior,” the Federal Ministry of Trade concluded.
