The funeral for Irhan Foco, a 25-year-old hero from Sarajevo who jumped into the cold Miljacka River on December 13, to save his friend Aldin Mulic (28), was held yesterday on the city cemetery Vlakovo.

Numerous friends and family members said their last goodbye to this young man, including the members of Aldin Mulic’s family. Rescue teams are still searching for Mulic’s body.

Aldin was the first one who fell into the ice cold river, and Irhan jumped after him to try to rescue him.

However, the water took both of their lives. Irhan’s body was found on December 14, and they are still looking for Mulic’s body all over BiH.
