Since this morning, police officers of the Federal Police Administration (FUP) have been conducting searches in the premises of the Railways of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina in Sarajevo and the Federal Ministry of Transport and Communications in Mostar.

The action is carried out according to the orders of the Special Department of the Supreme Court of the Federation of BiH, and under the supervision of the acting prosecutor of the Special Department of the Federal Prosecution Service of FBiH, announced the Special Department of the Federal Prosecution Service (POSKOK).

The subject of the search are official premises and computer equipment, and the activities are carried out due to the existence of grounds for suspicion that the criminal offense of abuse of position or authority has been committed under Article 383 of the FBiH Criminal Code.

POSKOK stated that no deprivation of liberty was planned as part of these activities.
