Members of the Federal Police Administration (FUP) are currently temporarily seizing documents in the Municipality of Grude, due to the existence of grounds for suspicion that the criminal offense of Abuse of Position or Authority under the Criminal Code of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina has been committed.

The seizure of documents is being carried out by order of the Special Department for Combating Corruption, Organized and Intercantonal Crime of the Supreme Court of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, under the supervision of the acting prosecutor of the Special Department of the Federal Prosecutor’s Office of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The purpose is to obtain the adoption of the Decision on Designating Construction Land as State-Owned, with the ultimate intention of permanently alienating the same real estate, after conversion from forest and agricultural land to construction land, in further sale procedures, to the detriment of the state of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Federal Prosecutor’s Office of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina announced.
