German Company bought the Cable Factory “Kapis“ from Tomislavgrad

Cable factory boughtThe sale of the Cable factory Kapis d.o.o Tomislavgrad was finished on Monday. The purchaser is the German company ATHABASCA Investment GMBH from Eschwage which is registered on 11th November 2014 with the initial capital of 24.000 Euros.

The company has paid the total amount of 5.5 million Euros, which is the price for which it bought the Kapis Cable Factory from Tomislavgrad in bankruptcy. From the mentioned company, they said that they are planning to continue with the cable production, and that the staff recruitment will be compatible with concluded jobs.

As stated by media, Prevent Group, one of the greatest manufacturing companies, stands behind this company.

The bankruptcy manager Behija Huseinbegovic said that she is satisfied with the sale. She particularly emphasized the situation that the factory has been working during the entire bankruptcy process.
