Germans collect Donations to make most vulnerable Children in BiH happy

giftsSecret Santa Clauses from around the world helped benefactors from Germany to make vulnerable children in BiH happy with gifts last year. This year, the German team led by former member of SFOR, Sascha Nagel, organized a new action in the framework of collecting donations for gifts and hospital beds for babies.

Through service “GoFundMe”, Nagel called good Santa Clauses to make this holiday special for children who otherwise would not have felt the magic of gifts during this period.

“We want to make these children feel special. The generosity and kindness do not require great acts. The toy, children’s book or just a few USD / EUR, can make someone happy. The smile of a person can change their world. Join us and make the world a happier place” said Nagel in the invitation.

As part of the campaign, German benefactors will also donate 12 hospital beds for children in hospitals in Banja Luka and Travnik.

They are collecting donations for gifts through GoFundMe and Paypal, but if you want to donate things (toys, candies, etc.) contact benefactor Sascha Nagel. Gifts are intended for children from the football school Respekt, blind children and children who receive the help of the Red Cross of Novo Sarajevo.

Nagel is a former SFOR soldier who was on a mission in BiH in 1997 and 1998 and helps our country ever since. He organized a series of humanitarian actions with a particular focus on helping disadvantaged children.
