Lejla, a TikTok user living in Cleveland, bought her father tickets for the World Cup, and the video went viral on TikTok.

“POV: you buy your dad tickets to watch a country that wouldn’t exist without his sacrifices play at the World Cup,” she wrote in the video description.

He opened a gift box containing the tickets and began to cry. She added that she made fake tickets for the video, as FIFA is not selling physical tickets before the World Cup.

As a gift, he received six tickets and plane tickets to Seattle.

“The most excited I’ve ever been to give a gift. To my dad who gave everything for his country & even more to his family,” she wrote.

In one day, the video received 400,000 views and over 50,000 likes.

“This is beautiful,” “I will cheer for Bosnia and Herzegovina,” “It is important to make our parents happy, as they gave us everything they had,” “See you there. We will be coming with our dad too,” and “I am in tears,” are some of the comments.

Bosnia and Herzegovina is in Group B with Canada, Qatar and Switzerland.

They will play their first match in Toronto, Canada on June 12 against Canada at 9:00 p.m. afterwards, they will move to the United States to play the remaining two group stage games.
