The government Adopted a Strategy for Strengthening Milk, Fruit and Vegetables Sectors in the FBiH

milk fruit vegetablesGovernment of the Federation of BiH has made a decision on the adoption of the Strategy for increasing competitiveness and attracting investments in the industry of milk and milk products, as well as fruits and vegetables in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina in the period 2014.- 2020.

The result of the implementation of this strategy should be the identification and simplification of administrative procedures in these sectors of agriculture that are associated with import and export, as well as with the general terms and conditions of business. The strategy also gives recommendations for changes of legal acts with the aim to direct incentives, subsidies and guarantees more efficient, and in accordance with best practices.

Also, the establishment of the Committee for monitoring of the Strategy is proposed, as well as  involvement of all interested actors in increasing competitiveness and attracting investment in these sectors.
