Government of FB&H to change the disputable Decree on Turnover Submission!

Amendments to the Decree on Turnover Submission dnevni-list.baAs the Ministry of Finance of B&H confirmed, the Government of FB&H should make amendments to the decree which stipulates that the craftsmen submit turnover every day already next week.

Amendments have already been agreed upon, and after the Legislative Office and the Ministry of Justice manifest about them the amendments will be on the agenda of the first next session of the Government of FB&H.

The craftsmen will again submit the turnover once a week, as it used to be stipulated by earlier legal solutions.

As a reminder, in mid-September this year, a Decree on terms and ways of payment in cash was published in the Official Gazette of FB&H, which provoked outrage of the owners of small crafts and trade businesses. Besides other things, this decree also stipulates the obligation of business entities to submit the daily turnover to the bank each day.

As it was explained by the Chamber of crafts of FB&H, they are not familiar with amendments to the decree.

“We have requested that the decree urgently renders ineffective until the amendments are made. That was, unfortunately, not done”, said the President of the Chamber of Crafts of FB&H Mensur Bektic.

The decree which is still effective is causing huge problems for the craftsmen. Even small craftsmen whose daily turnover does not exceed 100 BAM must submit their turnover every day, which takes time and money.
