The Government of Republika Srpska made a decision on the Approval of Credit Indebtedness and Investing of the PE Roads of Republika Srpska in the amount of 29.579.095 BAM.

As stated in the explanation of the Government of the RS, the funds are intended and will be used for investments.

“The funds will be used on the construction of the regional road R-477 Gornji Podgraci – Mrakovica, in the amount of 12.701.090 BAM, reconstruction of the road R-405 Stari Majdan – Line of the RS / FBiH (Razboj), subsection Bronzani Majdan – Tromedja in the amount of 8.853 .305 BAM, and the construction of the regional road R-413 Kotor Varos – Mitrovici (Knezevo), subsection Sokoline – Zivinice in the amount of 8.024.700 BAM,” as announced by the Government of the RS.

This is not the only loan approved for the Roads of the RS. With the second decision on the Approval of Credit Indebtedness and Investment, PE Roads of the RS will take another loan in the amount of 1.999.562 BAM. These funds are intended for investments as well, as stated from the Government of the RS.

“These funds will be used for modernization of road R459a – 4000 m, section Vrsani – Batkovici – Ostojicevo – Brodac – Raca,” as noted from the Government of the RS.

Economic analyst Zoran Pavlovic said that he would like to believe that the mentioned loans will be used for the realization of all the aforementioned projects. “However, maybe this is an additional filling of the budget of the RS through indebtedness of this company because, as we know, the International Monetary Fund did not approve a new tranche so there is a significant lack of funds,” said Pavlovic.
