Fashion designer and film director Agnès B., actor Gael Garcia Bernal and film director Danis Tanović were recipients of the Honorary Heart of Sarajevo.
The Honorary Heart of Sarajevo was again awarded by the Sarajevo Film Festival.
Fashion designer and film director Agnès B. and actor Gael Garcia Bernal received the Honorary Heart of Sarajevo during the opening ceremonies of the 20th Sarajevo Film Festival, on 15 August, at the HT Eronet Open Air Cinema and the National Theatre.
Film director Danis Tanović received the Honorary Heart of Sarajevo during the gala closing ceremony and awards ceremony of the anniversary edition of the Sarajevo Film Festival, on Saturday, 23 August.
This award is given to individuals in recognition of their excellent contribution to the affirmation and development of the film industry and their support for the development of the Sarajevo Film Festival.
