The European Hotel Design Awards ceremony is to be held in London on November 21. Among the nominated facilities is the newly built hotel Pino Nature, located on Trebević Mountain, in Sarajevo.
Together with six other facilities, Hotel Pino Nature is nominated in the category “Newbuild”. Renowned BiH architect Amir Zec is credited for the design of this hotel’s interior.
So far, the hotel received an award at the biennale of architecture in Venice, and it was also nominated in the group of the best European hotels by the choice of visitors to the website www.tophotel.de.
“The Pino team is not only proud, but also very honored, for being one of the most decorated hotels in the region, perhaps even in Europe, only eight months after the opening. Many famous individuals, including the Saudi prince, visited the Hotel Pino during their stay in Sarajevo. We are honored with the fact that tourists and locals are starting to see Hotel Pino Nature as a symbol of Sarajevo and Trebević, and they keep making postcards and taking pictures in front of the hotel, said Aida Terzić from Relax Tours, the agency that invested in this project.
Europe Hotel Design Awards are being presented for exceptional design and architecture of hotels, in honor of architects and designers. Awards are presented for creativity, innovativeness and excellence, in thirteen different categories.
Winners will be announced in the Park Plaza Westminster Bridge on Monday, November 21, in London.
Hotel Pino Nature was opened on January 8 this year. It is located in a pine forest, at the locality of the former favorite destination of the people of Sarajevo, the hotel Prvi šumar.
This modern facility satisfies the highest world standards in hotel industry and it has already won the sympathies of citizens.
