Delegates of the House of Peoples of the Federation of BiH Parliament adopted the budget for 2019, previously adopted at the House of Representatives, in the amount of 2.65 billion BAM, Klix.ba news portal reports.

The budget was adopted with 49 votes for “yes”, one “restraint” and no votes “against”. After voting on the budget proposal, the delegates voted for budget execution law with 51 votes for “no” and none against.

The Prime Minister of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina in technical mandate Fadil Novalic explained the FBiH budget proposal for 2019, after which the delegates, during the debate, commented his explanation as a praise which indicates that the Federation of BiH is like Switzerland.

A delegate from SBB party Zvonko Maric said that the 2019 budget proposal will not satisfy any category, noting that the ending of the financial crisis in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina is the only reason it was supported.

To recall, the 2019 budget proposal was adopted at the session of the House of Representatives of the Federation of BiH Parliamentary Assembly on 9 January 2019 and supported by SDA, HDZ BiH, HDZ 1990, SBB, A-SDA, PDA , as well as a representative of NB Elmedin Voloder.
