moneyWith the Law on Financing of Political Parties is stipulated that political parties are obliged to keep records of their income and expenses, and that they need to give financial report to the Central Election Commission of BiH for each calendar year (accounting year).

The financial report is submitted by the 31st of March of the following year, in the form that the Central Electoral Commission prescribed by the Regulations on annual financial reports of political parties.

Annual Financial Report for 2015 filed 105 political parties or 77.78 % of the total of 135 political parties, which are kept in the records of the CEC, while a total of 30 political parties have not fulfill the legal obligation, which makes 22.22 % out of the total number of parties.

From the CEC reminded political parties, which have not submitted financial reports, that the CEC imposes administrative measures on participation in the upcoming elections for failing to submit the report.

Four municipalities: Breza, Drvar, Ravno and Sanski Most, have not submit requested data, and according to data collected, 17,598,730.98 BAM was paid to political entities from the budgets of all levels of government in the last year, as announced from the Information Office of the CEC.
