How many Passengers Wizz Air transported from Tuzla Airport?

wizz airWizz Air, the largest low cost airline in Central and Eastern Europe, achieved great success in the year of 2015 and became one of the best airlines, which operate according to ultra-low-cost model, as announced from the company.

Among the achievements in 2015, they emphasized entrance on the London stock exchange, big modernization of the brand and change of the appearance of the aircraft, record order of Airbus aircraft at the Paris Air Show and entry into the fleet of the first A321 aircraft – the first aircraft of this model in Europe with 230 passenger seats.

Last year, Wizz Air offered more than 400 lines to 118 destinations in 38 countries. Fleet of the company consists of 63 Airbus A320 and two A321, which are located in 22 operational bases all across Central and Eastern Europe. Wizz Air has established 4 new bases in the last year – Tuzla, Debrecen, Kosice and Lublin. Wizz Air also announced opening of the 23rd base, which will be opened this year in July in Romania’s Iasi.

At the end of the year, Wizz Air was performing flights to 81 new lines, which was established in 2015, and they announced 32 new lines in 2016.

Wizz Air in B&H now has 9 lines to 9 cities in 5 countries, and they transported a total of 268,748 passengers from Tuzla Airport in 2015, which is an increase of 74 % compared to a previous year.
