How much will BiH benefit from Annual Action Programme?

The European Commission adopted on December 5th, 2018 the Cross-border cooperation Action Programme Bosnia and Herzegovina and Montenegro for the years 2018-2020.

With this programme, the Commission is allocating 3.5 million euros to provide assistance for cross-border cooperation operations between Bosnia Herzegovina and Montenegro.

The aim of the programme is to support socioeconomic development and strengthen neighborly relations in the cross-border area through the implementation of cross-border cooperation operations actions.

The programme will support actions in the fields of employment, labor mobility and social and cultural inclusion; environment, climate change adaptation and mitigation, risk prevention and management; tourism and cultural and natural heritage.

Bosnia and Herzegovina will also benefit from an additional 71.3 million euros in grants under the 2018 Annual Action Programme.
