High Representative Christian Schmidt met with Michal Černy, Deputy Head of the OHR Office in Banja Luka, appointed to this position by the Government of the Czech Republic, on the occasion of the end of his mandate.
Thanking him for his dedicated work, the High Representative highlighted Černy’s unwavering support for the Dayton Peace Agreement and the Office of the High Representative, highlighting in particular his professionalism, unwavering commitment and thoughtful engagement with partners across Republika Srpska, the OHR said in a statement on X.
“It has been a real pleasure working with you. I have truly appreciated your contributions on the ground, especially in challenging times,” said High Representative Schmidt.
He wished Černy every success in his future life and work.
