The Government of Zenica-Doboj Canton, on the proposal of the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management, issued a conclusion on construction, use and transfer of MHE Tribija, which will be built on the river Tribija in the municipality of Vareš.
The concession was granted for a period of 30 years to the company Energonova Sarajevo, and the installed capacity of SHP Tribija will be 961 kW.
According to the original terms, the concessionaire shall pay a one-time concession fee in the amount of 85,000 KM and the current concession fee amounting to 10 percent of total revenue for each month during the service.
Government of Zenica-Doboj Canton has asked the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management to make a contract with the selected concessionaire, the business organization Energonova Sarajevo, which will regulate the mutual relations, rights, obligations and responsibilities.
