A video of a commendable gesture of a young Sarajevo policeman helping an elderly woman was shared on TikTok.

In the video, it can be seen how a policeman in Sarajevo’s Malta neighborhood is leading an old woman across the pedestrian crossing hand in hand, and it was this gesture that caught the attention of the passers-by who decided to record it on video.

“Sarajevo… well done, the young policeman”, it was stated along with the video.

Recently, a similar example from Olovo delighted the residents of this city, as well as other citizens of Bosnia and Herzegovina(BiH), since the announcement spread on social networks.

Namely, in Olovo, local radio journalists who were on a completely different assignment “caught” a policeman helping a pensioner, carrying his grocery bag.

As they write, they couldn’t help but record this beautiful act which “in the most beautiful way confirms the basic mission of the police profession – To be at the service of the citizens!”.
