Income of ITA in the First two Months amount to 1.8 Billion BAM

Revenues from indirect taxes for the first two months of this year amounted to 1 billion and 801 million BAM and are 44 million BAM or 2.51 percent higher than the same period in 2024 when they amounted to 1 billion and 757 million BAM.

In the first two months of 2025, the Administration refunded VAT to taxpayers who had exercised the legal right to a refund in the amount of 372 million BAM.

Net revenues collected that went to distribution to beneficiaries in the first two months of 2025, namely the state, entities and the Brčko District, amounted to 1 billion and 429 million BAM.

In February, 921 million BAM of indirect taxes were collected, which is 33 million BAM more than in February 2024.

An amount of 161 million BAM was allocated for financing state institutions in the first two months of this year. The rest of the collected indirect tax revenues ended up with the entities and the Brčko District. Thus, the Federation of BiH received 775 million BAM from the single account, the Republika Srpska 435 million BAM and the Brčko District 43 million BAM.

Based on the special toll for the construction of motorways and the construction and reconstruction of other roads (0.25 BAM), the Federation of BiH received an additional 37 million BAM, the Republika Srpska 25 million BAM and the Brčko District 1 million BAM. The difference represents a reserve in the special toll account in the amount of 0.25 BAM.
