Increase in Quality of Milk in Accordance With EU Standards

milkLactalis BH, USAID and the Agriculture Institute Tuzla are in partnership to organize trainings for farmers as part of the program of FARMA.

The trainings will be held from 31 March to 15 April in the following cities: Gradačac,Odžak, Kalesija, Sapna, Živinice, Gračanica, Bijeljina, Brčko, Srebrenica and Zvornik.

The topic of the trainings are  “good hygienic practices in milk“ and „good manufacturing practices in the production of milk“.

The trainings are organized in order to introduce farmers with new systems of farm management for greater productivity and improving the health of dairy cows through quality nutrition.

In this way, it also wants to influence the improvement of the quality of milk in order to meet the standards required by the EU.

The trainings are designed for all interested farmer, regardless of whether or not they cooperate with Lactalis or any other dairy industry, announced Lactalis BH.
