The Minister of Security of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Nenad Nešić, said that precautionary measures and the presence of the police have been increased in Bosnia and Herzegovina after the terrorist attack in Moscow, and stated that Bosnia and Herzegovina, like other countries, cannot rule out the possibility of terrorism, but should act preventively.

Nešić said that there is a visible increased presence of the police on the streets of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

He emphasized that the most important thing now is to determine who is the organizer of the terrorist attack in Moscow and that he expects the federal services of the Russian Federation to determine this soon.

The FUP notified the cantonal MUPs to take all actions aimed at preserving security

On the occasion of the terrorist attack in Russia, the Federal Police Administration informed the cantonal ministries of interior affairs to take all measures and actions with the aim of preserving the safety of citizens and property with an increased presence of police officers.

They also announced that the cantonal ministries of interior affairs are obliged to submit any information, if they come to them, that can be linked to criminal acts of terrorism, immediately and without delay to the Federal Police Administration.
