The Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina confirmed the indictment of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH against a person whose initials are A.F. / 55 / due to the spread of hatred towards migrants and constituent peoples in BiH via the Internet.

This person is accused that during 2019 and 2020, as the administrator of the website, he published texts and videos that abound in statements that incite hatred, the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH announced.

The statement states that the accused, who is a citizen of BiH, thus caused harassment to a large number of persons, representatives of the non-governmental sector, members of the Peacebuilding Network, the Press Council in BiH, as well as other persons who had the opportunity to read the content of the mentioned messages, which is why the Ombudsman for Human Rights of BiH reacted.

The Prosecution of Bosnia and Herzegovina will prove the indictments by calling nine witnesses and attaching a larger number of pieces of evidence, it is stated in the announcement.
