Comprehensive efforts by the management and staff of the International Airport Sarajevo on the implementation of the world’s top standards and improving the quality of services resulted in a successfully completed certification process according to international ISO standards.

Namely, in the past two days at the Sarajevo Airport, auditoriums were accredited by accredited accreditation company TÜV Nord Croatia, which upon completion of the inspection, concluded that there the premises meet all requirements for quality management systems, environmental management systems and information security management systems.

High quality implementation of these processes has been confirmed in practice, all according to requirements set by ISO standards 9001: 2015 (Quality Management System), 14001: 2015 (Environmental Management System) and 27001: 2013 (Information Security Management System).

Thus, International Airport Sarajevo became one of the first legal entities in BiH that fully complies with the requirements of the latest international standards.

The certificate of compliance with the latest international standards is an additional incentive for International Airport Sarajevo to continue its investment policy in the development of the company so that the upward path of the services provided continued increasing.
