delegacijaeuThe European Commission has presented to the B&H government institutions a first draft of its strategic priorities for IPA for the years 2014 to 2017. The IPA Country Strategy Paper translates the political priorities as defined in the Enlargement Strategy, and the most recent Annual Progress Reports into key areas where financial assistance contributes the most towards EU integration. The proposed focus for years 2014 to 2017 is on democracy and governance, rule of law and fundamental rights, and social and economic development.

The European Commission wishes to maintain a close and fruitful dialogue with B&H NGOs and civil society representatives and would like to invite you to submit written contributions summarizing your observations on the areas related to your sphere of activities.

Written contributions should be sent by no later than 05 May 2014 to the email: Delegation-BiH-CSP@eeas.europa.eu with a copy to midhat.dzemic@dei.gov.ba
