The supreme leader of Iran, Ayatollah Sayyed Ali Khamenei, referred to the war in Gaza and said that it is not a war between Israel and Gaza, but between truth and lies, between arrogance and faith.
Khamenei addressed students in Tehran on the occasion of November 4, which is marked in Iran as the national day of students.
“With their patience, the residents of Gaza managed to stir up the human conscience. Look at what is happening in the world. In Western countries, in Britain, France, Italy and many American states, people are gathering in large masses and chanting slogans against Israel and America itself,” he said.
Khamenei pointed out that the arena of conflict between Gaza and Israel is an arena of truth and lies, and said that the final victory will be achieved by the allies of the Palestinian people in the not too distant future.
“The Islamic world must not forget that America, France and Britain stood against Islam and the oppressed Palestinian people in the decisive issue of Gaza. The Islamic world should not forget, in its relations, equations and analyses, those who stood against the Palestinian people and exerted pressure on this oppressed people, and the matter is not limited only to the Zionist entity,” Khamenei emphasized.
He also referred to the pro-Palestinian demonstrations around the world as well as the theses of certain politicians that Iran is behind them.
“Their reputation has collapsed. Only a stupid person can say that Iran is behind the demonstrations in Britain,” Khamenei added.
He called on Muslim countries to boycott Israel.
“What Islamic governments and Muslims must insist on is the necessity of immediately stopping the bombing of Gaza and closing the routes for the export of oil and food to the Zionist entity,” said Khamenei.
In the end, he said that Israel suffered a great defeat that cannot be compensated.
“The Zionist entity is shocked and surprised by the blow it received, which cannot be compensated, and is lying to its people about its prisoners. Let them know that the strength of faith will overcome arrogance, with God’s help,” Khamenei said, Klix.ba reports.
