According to the official calendar of the Islamic Community in BiH, Eid Prayer in Sarajevo is on Tuesday, July 5, at 5:48 am (for other cities, there is a time difference of several minutes).
Muslims across the world are welcoming one of the greatest holidays tomorrow – Eid. After 29 days of fasting, the Eid Prayer will mark the beginning of the three-day holiday.
Central ceremony at the level of the Islamic Community in BiH will be held in the Gazi Husrev-Bey’s Mosque in Sarajevo, where the Reis ul-Ulema of the Islamic Community in BiH Husein Effendi Kavazović will hold the khutbah and lead the Eid Prayer.
Second day of the Eid al-Fitr is also marked as the Martyrs’ Day.
