Israeli forces attacked a mosque in the Gaza Strip on Wednesday, there are dead and wounded.
The Ministry of Interior in Gaza confirmed that the Israeli army targeted a mosque near the Ayn Jalut towers in the Nuseyrat refugee camp in the central part of the Gaza Strip.
They stated that there were dead and wounded.
A source from the medical team told Anadolu news agency that the Israeli army attacked the mosque in the Nuseyrat refugee camp.
The source stated that the Israeli attack caused great destruction and that there were deaths.
Medical teams are trying to transfer the injured to nearby houses.
The fighting began when Hamas launched multiple surprise attacks on October 7 that included numerous rocket attacks and incursions into Israel by land, sea and air.
In response, the Israeli military launched an operation against Hamas targets inside the Gaza Strip.
