Issued Urban Permit for the Construction of Trebevic Cable Car

cableJust seven days after the receipt of the request of the City of Sarajevo, the Municipality Stari Grad issued the urban permit for the construction of Trebevic cable car through the Department of Urbanism. Amendments to four regulating plans preceded this procedure.

Although the Municipality, through the competent services, considered that there is no need for amendments to regulatory plans because the displacement of the route of the cable car by only 8 to 10 meters will not jeopardize the implementation of the regulatory plans, the opinion of the Institute had to be taken into account.

In the period from the 17th to 22nd of March this year in the Municipality of Stari Grad was held public insight on the amendments to the regulatory plans, which was followed by a public hearing at which was explained the construction of cable car to citizens in the sense that it will not create noise or jeopardize the safety of other objects. At the public hearing was concluded that all participants are supporting the construction of the Trebevic cable car.

Just three days after the delivery of foreseen materials, the Department of Urbanism of the Municipality Stari Grad issued the urban permit under No. UP-AND-05-23-1552 / 17-H for construction works of Trebevic cable car (the object of departure stations, ten pillars, the object of arrival station), on the route between Hrvatin and Vidikovac in Sarajevo.

The City of Sarajevo received this consent on the 7th of April this year, so that, when it comes to the Municipality of Stari Grad Sarajevo, there are no more obstacles for the realization of this project.
