ITA BiH: No Decision on the new Crossing in Gradiska and VAT Refund

Even today, the new border crossing in Gradiška did not get the green light to officially open because there was no quorum at the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Indirect Taxation Administration of BiH in Banja Luka.

This means that due to the lack of quorum, neither the VAT refund on the purchase of the first property nor the settlement of the temporary coefficients between the entities was decided upon.

The members from the FBiH, the Minister of Finance of the Federation of BiH Toni Kraljević and the expert of the FBiH Government Zijad Krnjić did not come to the session.

We remind you that on May 19, around one hour after midnight, part of the bridge over the Sava at the Gradiška border crossing collapsed. At that moment, no one was there and no one was injured.

Because of this, the border crossing is temporarily closed, as is the traffic.

After that, a new border crossing in Gradiška was temporarily opened for three months.
