ICE Sarajevo – Agency for the promotion abroad and internationalization of Italian companies, in cooperation with the international school of Italian cuisine – ALMA and the Italian Embassy in B&H, for the first time organizes the Italian festival in B&H – an event organized by the Agency ICE in the Southeastern Europe countries with the aim of promoting products “Made in Italy” which are known around the world as a symbol of quality. This event is being organized in November, which is traditionally the month of Italian culture in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Within the mentioned Italian festival in Bosnia and Herzegovina, the “Week of Italian cuisine in B&H” will be organized in the period from November 16 to November 20, 2015.
During these five days, the famous Italian chef Christian Broglia, from one of the most prestigious Italian professional schools for chefs “ALMA”, will organize a course of contemporary Italian cuisine for professional chefs, preparation and presentation of typical Italian dishes, preparing of a benefit lunch at the premises of La Benevolencija for fifty users of public kitchens of all confessions in B&H, preparation of finger food and a short educational course about healthy nutrition for boys members of the Valter football school from Sarajevo.
