Izetbegovic: This is Harsh Slap in the Face for me as a Bosniak and Politician

Izetbegović at Srebrenica Conference radiosarajevo.baBakir Izetbegovic, Bosniak member of the Presidency of BiH, said that the Tribunal’s decision to reject the application for revision of the judgment for aggression and genocide against Serbia is a harsh slap in the face for him.

“This is a harsh slap in the face for me as a Bosniak and politician,” said Izetbegovic in a short explanation on how he experienced the decision of the Court in The Hague.

He said that the Hague Tribunal made a political decision and that it played a “political game”.

“If the court in The Hague revised their arguments they would see that Sakib Softic has legitimacy,” said Izetbegovic, who was visibly disappointed by the decision on rejecting the request for the revision.

He noted that half of the country was ethnically cleansed from Bosniaks, and now it is expected from Bosniaks to apologize to someone.
