Japan donated 82 million EUR of Help to Healthcare Sector in BiH

Last year was marked the 20th anniversary of diplomatic relations between BiH and Japan. The Government of Japan has provided several types of assistance to numerous organizations, majorly in the healthcare sector Over the past 20 years.

This assistance referred to public institutions and local communities in BiH, which are covering vital sectors, including primary health care, education, demining, etc. The Government of Japan gives great importance to the improvement of the healthcare environment in BiH.

Japan donated a total of 82,195,651 EUR over the past 20 years in three schemes: General Grant Assistance, Basic Grant Assistance for Human Security Projects (GAGP) and Non-Project Grant Assistance.
