malina_m19Representatives of the Japanese International Cooperation Agency donated 30.000 raspberry seedlings to agricultural producers in Rogatica on Friday, October 28.

The seedlings were handed over to 25 users of the project “Building of trust through rural development,” and each one of them will plant a new dunam of raspberries.

Through project of support to the development of fruit growing, 58 fruit growers in the Rogatica Municipality have already received help in the form of raspberry seedlings and the equipment necessary to form new raspberry plantations.

Nine hectares of land have been planted with raspberries in the past several years in this municipality, through several projects and credit lines.
