Member of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina Željko Komšić inaugurated the new production facilities of the Tsubaki-Nakashima TN Bosnia ltd. company in Konjic.

The Japanese company that is expanding production in the equestrian factory is engaged in the production of bearing components, rollers, and all products are exported worldwide for the needs of the automotive industry. The factory in Konjic currently employs 330 workers, with the intention of growth and progress in the future, given that the number of workers has tripled in the last seven months, while young people from the area of the city of Konjic and beyond have found employment.

In his address, Komšić pointed out that this is a big deal not only for the local community, but for the whole of Bosnia and Herzegovina. He pointed out that this is about Japanese partners.

“I believe that most people know what adorns Japanese companies. They are decorated with precision and almost perfect organization of work,” he said.

He hopes that this will only be the first step, that the good news will spread further.

“I  hope that other Japanese companies will come to Bosnia and Herzegovina, either in Konjic, or in some other local community, regardless of which part of Bosnia and Herzegovina it is in,” said Komšić.

Komšić opened the new plants together with the mayor of Konjic Osman Ćatić and company director Zlatko Hadžimahović, Fena reports.
