The film “Prestige” by Jasmin Pivić from Zenica is the winner of the second B&H competition Jameson Empire Done in 60 Seconds.
Jasmin will compete in London for the prestigious award Jameson Empire Done in 60 Seconds 2014 from 28-30 March 2014, along with representatives of 19 countries.
5 films that have received most of the public votes are :”28 Days Later” by author Kenad Purač, “Marley and Me” by Zana Zolota, “Notebook” by Mirela Jukić, “Prestige” by Jasmin Pivić and “2001: Space Odyssey” by Miodrag Jovičić. The expert jury consisting of Mirsad Purivatra – Director of SFF, Elma Tataragić – SFF selector of the competition program, Srđan Vuletić – director and screenwriter, Haris Burina – actor and Predrag Solomun – Professor at the Academy of Arts of Banja Luka had a difficult task to select the competitor that would go to London.
“Considering the fact that we did not have a lot of time, my colleague and I decided to do a remake movie that we both love. “Prestige” has all the qualities of a great movie. The jury and the B&H public liked the film and we would love that London likes it as well”, said Pivić.
