Johannes Hahn presents a Report on BiH in the European Parliament

HahnCommissioner for European Neighborhood Policy and Enlargement Negotiations Johannes Hahn, today will present the Report on BiH to the Foreign Affairs Committee of the European Parliament, which is part of the enlargement package, after which will be held a press conference.

The package maintains the approach of the European Commission in the initial resolving of the underlying issues, whose priority is addressing reforms regarding the basic issues of the rule of law, economic governance and competitiveness, as well as public administration reform.

Enlargement Package for 2016 consists of the Enlargement Strategy and report on Albania, BiH, the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia, Kosovo, Montenegro, Serbia and Turkey.

As announced from the EU Delegation in BiH, the Head of EU Delegation to BiH and EU Special Representative, Ambassador Lars-Gunnar Wigemark today will officially hand over the European Commission Report on BiH for 2016 to the Chairman of the Council of Ministers of BiH, Denis Zvizdic.
