As it was confirmed, a large number of high officials are expected at the marking of the 20th anniversary of the genocide in Srebrenica this year. The arrival of one of the high-ranked political figures from Germany is also confirmed.

The manifestation will be attended by Jordan’s Queen Rania Al-Abdullah, heads of the European Parliament, the former president of the USA, Bill Clinton, representatives of the current US administration, all presidents of neighbouring countries except the president of Serbia, Tomislav Nikolic, Turkish president, Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, and  the High representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs and the security policy and, at the same time, a Vice-president of the European commission, Federica Mogherini.

This is the second visit of Jordan’s Queen Rania Al-Abdullah. She visited B&H for the first time on 6th November 1999, on the occasion of laying the foundation stone for the building of the Islamic Center in Sarajevo.

Arrival of the president of the Hague Tribunal, Theodor Meron and two prosecutors in Hague was also announced, as well as of a large number of Heads of Governments.
