KazazovicMinister of Education, Science and Youth of Canton Sarajevo (CS) said that starting from the next year all schools will be equipped with electronic classrooms. Implementation of this project will start in March, when an international tender will be issued for the purchase of equipment.

“These will be mobile electronic classrooms, or mobile cabinets that will serve for improvement of skills and knowledge of our students,” explained minister.

He added that a total of 1.2 million BAM was planned for this project from the budget of CS.

Kazazovic also announced the introduction of electronic registries in all schools, emphasizing that as early as September, this type of registries will be introduced in ten better equipped schools, and in all schools of Canton Sarajevo during the next year.

“This means that every classroom will have one computer which will greatly facilitate the work of our teachers and professors,” emphasized Kazazovic.

He added that all teachers will undergo training for using electronic registries.
