What kind of Cars were imported in BiH?

carsAmong 10 most expensive cars that were imported to BiH, there are six Mercedes, two Porsches, one BMW and Seat. The total value of the 10 “magnificent” is almost 2 million BAM, or 1,826,009 BAM to be exact.

Moreover, from the ten most expensive cars that are imported in BiH in the first 6 months, nine were produced in Germany. Of these, six are Mercedes models, two Porsche and a BMW. The only one who managed to break through on this list among the Germans, is the Spanish Seat. However, given the fact that that the Spanish car manufacturer operates under the Volkswagen Group, then it means that all the ten most expensive cars imported to BiH are actually “Germans”.

According to data of the ITA, in the first six months of this year in our country was imported a total of 31,757 vehicles, which is 31 vehicles more than the number of cars imported in the same period of 2015.

The total value of imported cars in our country is around 298 million BAM, which means that their average value is around 9,400 BAM.

In fact, citizens of BiH spent 30 million BAM more on import of cars in comparison to the first half of 2015. Around 54 million BAM went to the budget of the BiH in the first half of the year from the import of cars.
