The BH food industry Klas Sarajevo has launched a new product into the market. It’s name is “Sarko tortica“ with the packages of 450 gr in five different flavors: apricot, cherry, orange, cocoa and vanilla.
“Sarko tortice“ are the first homemade cakes and Klas’ s latest product in the category of industrial cakes.
“The price is very competitive and quality is premium. Complete product is the work of experts from Klas, and after rolls, “tortice“ represent a new value to the brand “Sarko“ whose market demand surprised us all positively. With “Sarko tortice“ we have announces the beginning of a major project of innovations in Klas in this year, with the ultimate aim of strengthening brands and market share“ said Rusmir Hrvic, director of the company Klas Sarajevo.
During the 2014 with a total production of over 344 tones, increase of realization of industrial cakes led by the brand “Sarko“ is recorded, and that for 150% compared to 2013.
Testing of the new product was carried out in the Klas’ s laboratories for quality, with the highest international standards and criteria. In the very start, product positioning to about 4.000 retail outlets on the domestic market is planned, while increased interest from foreign customers is already recorded.
Since March last year, Klas is a part of AS GROUP which employs 2.800 employees in total in the framework of which along with Klas Sarajevo, are also operating: AS Jelah, “Vispak“ from Visoko, “Oaza“ from Tesanj, “Sprind“ from Sarajevo, Mill and Bakery Ljubace- Tuzla, “Napredak“ Tesanj, “Fortitudo“ Travnik and “Vemal“ Tesanj, is announced from this company.
