The Chairman of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina(BiH), Zeljko Komsic, spoke after the end of yesterday’s special session of the National Assembly of Republika Srpska (NARS)and called on the Prosecutor’s Office to initiate proceedings against deputies who adopted conclusions on the transfer of competencies from the state to the entity.

He called on the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH to urgently initiate proceedings against persons who adopted conclusions in the NARS that directly undermine the constitutional order of the state of BiH and disturb peace and stability in the country.

Also, the Cabinet of the Chairman of the Presidency of BiH emphasized that Komsic called on the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH to prosecute Milorad Dodik as well.

“Komsic called on the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH to prosecute Milorad Dodik as an instigator and leader of a group that united in destroying the constitutional order of BiH and undermining state institutions. The NARS has left the Dayton Agreement,” it was announced.
