Today, the Chairman of the Presidency of BiH, Zeljko Komsic, sent a letter to the NATO headquarters in Sarajevo, as well as to the EUFOR commander, in which he requested their engagement of helicopters for extinguishing the fires in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
As confirmed by his office, Komsic decided on this move considering that the member of the Presidency of BiH Milorad Dodik does not want to give consent for the engagement of helicopters of the Armed Forces of BiH, and having in mind that according to the Law on Defense all three members of the Presidency of BiH must give consent for engagement. resources of the Armed Forces of BiH.
