Chairman of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH), Zeljko Komsic met in Stuttgart with a longtime member of the Social Democratic Party (SPD) in the Bundestag, Josip Juratovic, and young politician Adis Ahmetovic, who is also part of this party in Bundestag from this year.

They exchanged views on the current political situation in Europe and the world, and how these policies are reflected in the countries of the Western Balkans. Chairman Komsic stated that he expected the new German Government to understand the political situation in BiH.

The double standards of the international community regardingthe events in BiH were assessed as disastrous, and it was emphasized that the negotiations on the future of our country must urgently be returned to the institutions.

The modalities of sanctions for individuals who are working intensively to overthrow the constitutional order and disintegrate the state were discussed, and it was explained that the prosecution and the court should now work to put an end to separatist policies.

They also discussed 14 key priorities from the opinion of the European Commission, which the interlocutors agreed were a very important and historic document for BiH, and how it is necessary for the international community to insist on implementing this document without compromise despite pressure from certain circles within BiH.

These interlocutors clearly emphasized that the European Union (EU) is expected to communicate with BiH the same standards that apply in their countries, such as the protection of human rights, democracy, and the rule of law.
