MOSCOW, Dec. 8 (Xinhua) — The Kremlin on Thursday ruled out any plans to meet the U.S. President-elect Donald Trump’s adviser Carter Page who is currently in Moscow.
Page, who served as Trump’s adviser during the U.S. presidential election campaign, arrived in Moscow earlier in the day to meet with some businessmen and politicians.
“We have had no contacts with Carter Page…There are no such plans,” Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov told reporters.
Peskov added that his information on Page’s visit “came from media reports.”
