Today in the Cantonal hospital ‘’Zenica’’ (KB), 10 wheelchairs for handicapped people were provided, which were donated from Kuwait and delivered through the BiH Islamic Community-Sarajevo Vakuf Directorate.

‘’The contribution of Vakuf in the development and organization of the health care system in BiH is extremely important’’, said Senaid Zaimović, the director of Vakuf Directorate, adding that he believes that this donation will be useful to treat patients in Zenica hospital.

‘’The donation will be, without a doubt, put into operation to help our patients and I hope that in this way cooperation on this will not cease’’, said the Acting Director of the KB ‘’Zenica’’ Bahrudin Hasanbašić.

The Vakuf Directorate will today deliver an ambulance to the private center ‘’Duje’’ in Doboj-Istok, which is also funded by donations from Kuwait.
