Labour Law to enter into force after Publication in the Official Gazette of the FB&H

parlamentThe new Labour Law, which was adopted in the Parliament of House of Representatives of the FB&H, will come into force after it is signed by the President of the FB&H, Marinko Čavara and the moment it is publicized in the Official Gazette of the FB&H.

To recall, the Proposal of the Labour Law was discussed yesterday in an urgent procedure, and on the end it was adopted with 50 votes for, 30 votes against and no abstentions.

Adoption of the Labour law was supported by the representatives of following parties: SDA, HDZ B&H, BPS, A-SDA, the Party for B&H and Our party. Against voted the representatives of SBB, SDP and DF.

A total of 45 amendments were submitted at the session on the Proposal of the Labour Law, and the Federal Government held the 10th emergency session on which all of the amendments were rejected. Prime Minister Novalić said that the Government of FB&H will accept some requests in the following period and procedures.
