Sand from Sahara, carried by southern winds and warm air from northern Africa, will come to the Balkans region, and according to some current forecasts, it will come to BiH as well.

According to the map on the portal serious-weather.eu, it will come to our country on January 8, and this phenomenon will be continued in the upcoming days.

Large quantities of Sahara sand will first pass through parts of Italy, Corsica and Sardinia, then France, Spain, Switzerland, the United Kingdom…

Sahara sand will hit the Alpine region of Italy, but also Germany and other European countries, as reported by mondo.rs.

The wind from northern Africa brings Sahara sand to our country each spring, but its concentration is sometimes higher.
